Will a ETA 2824 fit in place of a FELSA FE4611A

I'm wondering would an ETA 2824 fit in place of a FELSA FE4611A

I know the hands are different and most likely the stem,
but other than that will the dial feet match without modification and most importantly will the day window line up with a FE4611A dial
