Thanks for the absolutely amazing response, here and on social media. Notable that Jean-Claude Biver posted a "Like" on the Hodinkee Instagram posting, with the "table shot".
Quick responses to a couple of the FAQs:
-- There were about 150 chronographs, watches and other timepieces on the kitchen counter . . . the image below explains how they got there . . . and we did leave a few more upstairs.
-- Don't worry -- the watches are securely locked up now, away from OTD headquarters.
-- Ben and Will visited for around five hours, and their work was an absolutely amazing model of efficiency . . . yes, this was a crew of exactly two guys, filming their 24th episode . . . and while there was a lot of friendly chit chat, there was hardly a wasted motion, on their part. And you see the result!!
-- Bella (our yellow labrador retriever) was quiet, because she had heard all this before . . . and it was a hot day, so the cold floor is her favorite place. She actually followed Will and Ben around, when they spread out to shoot the "B Roll" / watches.
