Thank you for sharing. I didn't realise you were a keen runner too. I used to run with my mechanical watches but gave up after I ran a half thinking that I done ok but was 10 mins slower! I do quite a bit of biking too but I'm never comfortable wearing something nice on my wrist (particulary once my first Omega came off once because of a pin failure) so I wonder if anybody else wears some of their older watches when they exercise?
