Are you in the UK? or USA? If you're in the UK I would recommend James Hyman as he should be able to sort your issue with the hands and source a proper crystal. If you're in USA Craig Bergsma would be my pick. I left out one more person who is in Belgium, Abel Court, however, he can get rather busy as he's very popular in the community and it may take some time to get to your watch. For all of the above they should be able to give you an idea of what it would cost to address your issues. I don't believe you would spend more than the watch is worth then again if there are other issues that cannot be seen until a full inspection is performed the estimates will vary.
