That's correct, in the Firestone jacket is Chief Mechanic Dick Scammell, but the other mechanic is unidentified, I suspect he may have been with Pratt and Whitney.

The photo is in Andrew Ferguson's book Team Lotus: the Indianapolis years. I'm sure there will be a copy somewhere at the Brickyard.
