You will probably have to be more specific than just a " fake Heuer watch". Actual fakes (using no original parts) are generally pretty obvious (and fairly well documented) but if this is for an article to be published about I hope you have A LOT of space to dive into the details of fakes, frankens, etc.

Also, Huer on the dial is a dead giveaway ;)
