I don't think Omega made one until the 1980's+

hi chuck,thankyou for the reply.

Hello Greg! You're welcome...

By the way... Don't be afraid to hit the return key whilst typing within the message box. It won't post as a message, but allow you to make paragraph breaks.

i'll try and send some aussie sunshine your way to aid in a speedy recovery for you.

That'd be greatly appreciated, although I think (hope) I'm past low ebb.

i would like to know if my heuer 50's 18ct 3 reg,3 date, moonphase chronograph that jeff stein kindly displayed in the chronograph section of O T D ,[50's moonphase chronographs],has a rival from omega.

Certainly not within Vintage Omega's to my knowledge. Since Omega has used Lemania basemovements almost exclusively until the mid-1970's there were no moonphases or Triple Dates before then for sure.

if someone has a picture of such a rival i would love to see.all the best, regards greg.

I don't think Omega offered a Triple-Date Moonphase until the "Golden Gate" 7751 models of the 1980's and 1990's, but I'll ask around...

all the best,regards greg.

Cheers!
