To clarify, I actually started collecting watches in 1993 with my first Tag Heuer.
After 1993, I started buying Heuer Carreras and Monacos on ebay!
Fortunately they were all still somewhat affordable around $1,000 to $3,000USD
That's how I met Jeff Stein and Chuck Maddox actually!
The reason why I said I really started collecting in 2010 was I considered it a benchmark
when I started investing $10,000USD plus on timepieces.
I hope it clears that up!
