So she's trying to throw us off-track by posting the photo upside down (or maybe drawing while upside down), but despite her efforts at deception, we can see that it's an Autavia in a second execution screw-back case . . . so it's looking like an "Andretti" (if it has two registers) or a "Rindt" (if it has three registers).
