Towards the back end of 143xxx and 144xxx see start of the black painted markers, with 3,6,9 dials, I think the updated Autavia book says circa 144xxx as start. 1-12 dials later than this. At least according to my serial database.
141/142 are Chronomatic or 1st exec all steel ridged marker dials.
