Greenish hue on a crystal

Hi all
I have a 1163V and the plastic crystal seems to be throwing a greenish hue around the circumference of the dial-- right where it tapers. It's making me wonder if #1 the crystal was changed over the years and it isn't original and shouldn't taper or #2 a plastic crystal shifts color over time naturally and live with it or get a new one and #3 are crystals for the 1163V easy or hard to come by-- where could I get one?

At first I thought it was the dial discolored, but when I look at the dial from different angles, it's clear that the greenish hue is coming from the light changing color thru the dial.

Maybe I can call this a Tropical Siffert with the very rare green hue around the dial right?
