Greetings to all fellow Heuer enthusiasts.

This is my first post on the forum.

I am attempting to buy a vintage Heuer Autavia 2446 from a private party. This person is not a watch dealer/expert and nor am I.

I have carefully examined the watch to the best of my ability but do not want to overpay based on conditional defects.

I have concerns about the following after researching all available resources online:

The watch case and crystal appear well worn and have light scratches all over.
The luminous material in the hands may have been replaced as it appears to be a "greenish" color.
The tip of the white seconds hand is red.

How do these "problems" affect the value of the watch? What should I expect to pay for a watch in this condition? Are there other concerns I should be aware of?

Unfortunately, the photograph is poor quality but any advice for a rookie would be appreciated.
