Thanks Jeff, This is my 4th Execution GMT.
I always assumed they just dulled with age, but now that you have pointed it out I see what you mean.

BTW- why do the 4th execution hands seem to always age differently than the dial? Its not uncommon to find these with deep yellow lume on the hands but light green lume on dial like in my example.
