Sorry that this has happened. We have blocked the IP address used by the hacker, and will take other measures as well. Of course, sophisticated hackers or impersonators will be able to operate from multiple IP addresses, so the best advice is to use extreme caution in transactions (and try to ignore the noise from folks who just want to make noise).
