Thanks for your question. The answer may be a bit complicated, in that I don't have a photograph of this version of the Carrera, but here is my attempt at providing some information.
Yes -- Heuer did make a manual wind Carrera, with two registers, date at the bottom, and crown on the right, between the chrono pushers. This one was Reference 73453, and was powered by the Valjoux 7734 movement. I don't have a photo of this Carrera, but it would look like the one shown below (in the 1974 catalog), except that you would have the date at the bottom of the dial, rather than the third register.
So does your Carrera look like this one, in terms of the case style??
For you Autavia enthusiasts, the comparable Autavia was the Reference 73463, shown below, on the left, which also had the two registers and the date at the bottom of the dial.
