Hello guys,
I've picked up a spectacular 2447T today, I'm really chuffed. I have been researching it a bit, but they're quite rare and I haven't found a lot of information on it (apart the excellent articles on Calibre 11 & Onthedash).
I was wondering if a 77xxx case serial is OK with a "fab suisse" dial. I am unsure if these dials are meant to be early (I've understood that the first 2447T start around the 5XXXX mark), or were they only made for the french market ? (I live in France, so it would make sense for my watch to be this way). Do they carry a "premium" over other Mark 1 dials ?
I'll post some decent pictures tonight or tomorrow, even if it is on the ugliest strap ever ... It just misses the inner chapter ring, which should arrive soon, and once it will be complete, it will be a kick-ass Heuer!
Looking forward to getting some feedback, thanks guys!
