: most probably the earlier batches but this so called brown
: colour is in fact a very deep tone not always obvious and is
: most noteably brown in strong light.

: images of naked dials where the contrast between the main body
: of the dial including inner sub registers which is
: "brown" with the true black outer sub register ring.
