Looks like a cal 15 bridge fitted to a cal 11 or 11i to me with a black date wheel.

Definitely not a Cal 15 movement as there would be a small running seconds dial in replacement of / above the left hand hour register and as you rightly state, there was no cal 15 in viceroy colors
