I agree that it is what it is and that nothing can be done about it.
But the question was to determine the value if I am right.
In my opinion that right subdial will affect the value more than a possible melted gasket.
Even if that gasket would show some signs of melting, it hasn't damaged the dial ( yet ), so it's not the big issue here ( in my opinion ).
That gasket can be replaced. That subdial not.
That's the only point I wanted to make.
