Welcome Jason! I'd like to try and clear up a couple of points first-
It sounds like you have a Heuer (not TAG Heuer) 1163 or 1163V. You should be able to clarify this if the V is marked or not on the side of the case, at the bottom.
While there is a huge amount of information regarding the 1163, you may not find much information searching for it as 'TBL' as it is a very rarely used term and I believe stands for Tachymeter bezel and BLack dial.
Price is almost impossible to determine without knowing a lot more info, particularly which model it is but also aesthetic condition, service history, originality and whether it has a box/paperwork with it-which is implied by your 'TBL' reference.
The easiest way to do this is to upload some photos of the watch so the knowledgeable people here can cast their critical eye over it, and give you more of an idea and possible idea on value.
