Heuer Cal 15 Bridge Query

I recently acquired what appeared to be a mint condition Heuer Cal 1553S as part of a trade with a dealer/collector well known to this forum.

Having had the opportunity to study the movement in greater detail, I am suspicious that the bridge is not an original Heuer part.

I would be grateful if you could help confirm my opinion (picture below).

In the meantime, I will remove it from eBay where I was attempting to sell it.
