Ah, apologies for leaping to the wrong conclusion.

As far as I'm aware, those are few and far between. One was featured by Hodinkee with a tachy bezel a few years back but Matthew Bain has an example with an MH bezel.

I'm fairly sure though that, since it's a 2446C with a double-signed dial, the 2446C bezels are interchangeable.
