Is this watch real or a fake?

Well, the bracelet is not original... Here is a picture of my example with a proper bracelet:

And as Jeff has already pointed out, the hands have at the very least lost their original luminious paint, but they look correct. A competent watchmaker should be able to match some paint to the markers on the dial and apply them in an appropriate manner.

The rest of the watch looks ok, as far as I can see from one picture. But I would recommend you look through the resources on this site for further information that will assist you to make your own determination...
