That is indeed a first for me, I've never come across this before.
I can only presume that there was a mistake on the bezel printing production line, where a T insert was accidentally put back into the printing process for a MH insert.
One thing is certain, you'll never really get to the bottom of this. Seems like a rare error that has gone undetected at the factory.
