First of all, I would choose another name for this model. She doesn't look like a Navitimer to me at all. Second, I would play with black bezel and add lume markings to minutes totalizer.

Hard to say this, because I am a Breitling-guy, but if I choose between re-issue Heuer Autavia and Breitling Navitimer 8 I would buy the Heuer for sure. Design, correct model name and of course price - everything is on the Heuer side.

BTW, if you need to put some famous name on the dial based on Breitling's marketing research why they didn't use Navitimer 8 CP or N-AVI-Timer 8 names?
