: I noticed two of these "Promotions" yesterday, in
: Fratello and WatchTime . . . the same words and the same photos.
: These pieces are submitted by TAG Heuer, and they pay for the

: So not much new information in these postings, for the enthusiasts
: . . . the same stories that we have heard so many times before.
: But this is an approach used by TAG Heuer and other brands,
: hoping to spread the word to new readers / attract some new
: watch buyers.
Good luck to them. To my mind this has produced some interesting old photos, and on top of that paid for Fratello and Hodinkee to do distinctly non-revenue articles like the Historical Perspectives on Gay Frères, Michael Stockton's Throw Back Thursday and of course Talking Watches :-)
