OK -- Have Installed Light Spectrum Plus
In Response To: Re: Why I did it! ()

OK -- I have just installed Light Spectrum Plus on my phone. Now the question -- what do I do with it, when shooting the watches?

I shoot indoors, in the dark of night, with 3500 Kelvin bulbs, in soft boxes . . . and the white balance in the camera set to 3500 . . . will be interesting to see what readings I get with the App (as I have always wondered about the impact of the white fronts of the boxes).

: Hi Peter, great shots !

: I struggled with much of the same difficulties w/ regards to white
: balance , until I installed a little app on my phone to set the
: exact WB parameters :-)

: "Light spectrum pro"

: really useful , and as you use a fixed setup , once you have the WB
: manually dialed in (don't use auto WB) it works fantastic
