Did Heuer make all Tradition watches for Sears Roebuck?

Did Heuer make all Tradition watches for Sears Roebuck or only the chrono's?
I have this Tradition dive watch and am wondering who made it. It has an AS 1902/03 movement.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
