Check out the 1945 catalog.
It looks a bit like Ref 406 NR, but not exactly the same dial.
I dont have good info on these pre-60s Heuers, not sure who does.

Do you have photo of the movement? Would be interesting.

Looks nice to me anyway. Instinctively maybe dial cleaned up a bit or relume? Maybe pushers replaced, but that is just pure guesses.

Thanks anyway, I'm always interested to see these pre-60s Heuers as there is less info around.
