Sotheby's will also be selling one, in its May auction in Geneva . . . Lot 171
Serial number is 48905, so it fits right into the "batch" we have established, from at least 48825 to 48908.
Here is the Sotheby's listing -- http://www.sothebys.com/en/auctions/ecatalogue/2018/important-watches-ge1801/lot.171.html

: Lot number 38 in the upcoming Antiquorum auction is an
: interesting watch. At serial number 48873, this is the sixth
: Reference 3646, that we have seen with the "thin lime"
: hands, within a range of approximately 100 serial numbers. And I
: believe that most of them have the red chronograph second hand.
: We may have discussed this a couple of years ago, in connection the
: "First Execution Investigation" by Rene --

: In any event, further review of the watches that we have seen
: over the last couple of years seems to confirm that we had this
: short run of "thin lume" hands, between the All Lume
: hands and the Fat Lume hands.
