The dial is a horrible redial.
The caseback should have G Monnin on the inside.
The bezel is a later tramline version.

Other than that it looks like it could be original though the above items comprise a very large portion of the watch’s value.... I can acquire the rest of the parts over the course of an hour, those are the easy parts to find.

The parts mentioned above will take a very expensive parts watch or a couple years to accumulate the correct parts.
