Spirited bidding between someone in the room, and someone on the telephone, brought the Skipperrera to 65,000 GBP (hammer), for a final price of $107,055.

Wow!!

Happy days are here again? I watched most of the auction and saw strength in many of the lots; stability overall; some weakness, but only in watches that do not really belong at a live auction (i.e., you can buy your Calculator / Kentucky / Verona on eBay).
