A very cool watch. When I travelled through Italy in 2001, I bought 15 of these watches. NObody liked the design. Each was about 289 German MArks. Sold them later for 800 German MArks each as they where limited to 333 pieces for each country!...No the even increased in price upto 500 euro!
A very nice watch!
: In keeping with David DeVos' posting below from
: something he just received, "This Just
: In"; I thought I would take the
: opposite and showcase something I just sold
: and maybe start an opposite posting trend.
: So here is(was) my Seiko Final Fantasy watch, I
: bought this off ebay in 2001 when the
: movie(all computer generated) came out.
: Seiko made this replica watch which was seen
: being worn by the main character in the
: movie.
: I had the feeling that it would become an
: instant cult collectors watch, so I
: convinced myself to get one and put it away
: for a few years. And what the heck, it's a
: chonograph to top it off.
: Well, I had just recently seen a few go for
: some great prices, so I sold it to someone
: in Canada and doubled my money.
: Lots of fun this watch hobby
