It’s very unlikely it’s an original dial

I looked thru my photos of The dial boards in the Heuer Archive. There are around 300-400 dials on the Boards and nothing like the one you show. The only dials with two markers at 12 o’clock have the markers much further apart. I’ve sent you an email as my Flickr account isn’t working so can’t post here.

The metal of the dial might be original but the applied markers are not. As the dials for these watches are flat with no markers, a good dial restorer could take off the markers and start from scratch. Better than not using the watch...
