I did some searching on www.dogpile.com(my favorite combined search engine)and found several sites that have this very watch. Most dealers will sell at about 33% off retail suggested list.
So, I think this is the real deal which you could buy from any dealer for about what the "Buy It Now" price was listed for.
I must say that this forum deals mainly with vintage Heuer (non-TAG Heuer)watches so our info is quite shallow.
Hope that helps, and thanks for stopping by. Maybe we can convince you to at least stay away from the quartz models and step up to a "real" automatic movement watch which is closer to the history of the watches we collect.
