Since the watch came from Authentic Watchs, I assume it is genuine, although "grey market". The warranty is through Authentic Watches, not Heuer. That watch model retails at $1,395 from authorized dealers (who do not sell on the Internet), so the price you paid is about 50% of that, a pretty good deal.
