Try:
1 - Improve your lighting setup to avoid using the on-camera flash reflecting off the crystals
2 - Crop, crop, crop to show the most interesting parts of the picture(s).
3 - Reduce the size of the download file to 400 x 300 (50 KB or so). It takes too long to download your pictures, I get bored halfway through!
