Compare the logo on the eBay dial with the ones shown here -- http://www.onthedash.com/logos-specials/
It looks different; the detail is not as strong / some letters look sloppy.
I'm not sure that I have a conclusion, but would proceed with caution.

: Looks like a faked (added) logo as said logo isn’t consistent
: with any other 3147N dial Indy I can find on the internet or in
: the Crosthwaite/Gavin or Arno books.
