Rounded lugs and oval pushers suggest Reference 345 -- http://www.onthedash.com/chronograph/ref-345-white-rad/
John is correct that if it had the angular lugs with the square pushers, it would be Ref 2443.
To be sure, you would look inside, and I'm guessing that you will find a Valjoux 71. The fact that bottom pusher goes fairly low toward the end of the lug also suggests V71 . . . bottom pusher would be higher on the V72 (Ref 2443).
