Dan Henry -- Inexpensive Homages (to the Carrera)

Interesting to see Dan Henry offering inexpensive homages to the Carrera, which he calls the "1964 Gran Turismo" -- https://danhenrywatches.com/products/1964-gran-turismo-chronograph.

While one could say that it is as much a homage to the Omegas or Zeniths of the period, the Monte Carlo timer at the bottom right does suggest an inspiration from the Heuers.

So would any of you actually buy and wear one of these? For what kind of occasion?

Here's the Dan Henry website -- https://danhenrywatches.com/

I have another of his homages (called the "1963"), no doubt inspired by Breitling, and must admit that it was fun for the first few days, but has spent most of the time since then in the drawer.
