A few thoughts on the IDF Autavia

The only one I know something about is the IDF Autavia and alas only because I lusted for one for years without ever managing to bag one- and of course now they are out of hand for my wallet.
Apart from the description stating that it is powered by a “manual” cal.12 (!), I am a bit confused by the dial.
All these late Autavias - the coloured ones, the 11063VNT and the 11063V MH that shares the dial with the IDF have these very thick font for the Autavia script, quite different from all other versions apart from a few 11630 and one of the earliest GMTs.
Yet this seems to have quite thin a font - any ideas? Bad picture? Service dial because the original one got damaged in action?
Cheers,
Fabrizio
