I have watched this segment twice now, and his words were clear (though a bit confused on the details of the watch that he seems to be discussing . . . year of production, etc.).
Still, there is a difference between a casual conversation (interview) and a detailed response to written interrogatories, so if he intended to address a broader, more general situation in the market, rather than this one watch, or even if he wants to recast his comments consistent with that intent, then I'm not really interested in spending much more time on it. There are more enjoyable things to do in this hobby than the forensics / investigations into inconsequential matters. People (even auction celebrities) can sometimes get things mixed up / messed up / garbled, under the bright lights of a live interview.
