Customer has a GF with the dreaded broken outer prongs on the closing side of the clasp, shown below. A replacement part from a Hadley band would work, but it looks like the flip-down locking bar of the clasp is riveted on, making it difficult to replace the 4-pronged connection piece. Just wondering if someone, who has taken one of these apart or had a jeweler do the repair, could comment on the process or make a U.S. repair referral for a fellow Heuer collector.
Thanks in advance for your help.
