I am just hoping to confirm that it would be an appropriate marking for the case #980.113L to include the L at the end. The watch is a diver with a leather strap. Would the L indicate leather? Also, below the Heuer logo (pre-tag) the 1000 series indicator exists. This seems to be consistent with the 1985 catalog I found on onthedash.com. So, is it safe to assume that my watch is authentic and probably a 1985 diver? Any thoughts on value, near mint condition? Finally, can I easily locate a stainless bracelet for the watch?
