Never say never when it comes to transitional Heuers but there isn't a chance in my mind that they put a push-in crown on a 200m rated watch. It seems as though they tried to use a different style locking crown that was of an inferior design to the standard screw down crown.
I'll check through my manual and booklets for signs of anything other than a locking crown. If I find anything to the contrary of the above statement I'll post back here.
