I wanted to see if they had bezels or not, so I sent my 2446 GMT into Switzerland (via LVMH UK) with a note saying if you have the bezel do a full service, otherwise send the watch back. I got the answer that they had no bezels. This was 1 month ago.

Where did you send yours to? US or Switzerland?
