The military Master Time / non-name Monte Carlo (shown below) went for L1100 / $2000, including the buyer's premium (NOT to yours truly).
The pick of the litter -- the Carrera produced for the McLaren Formula One team -- will be sold later in the auction (NOT to yours truly).
Bidding by telephone was very easy and provided a a nice break from the work-day . . . just at lunch-time. At $720, this Master Time seems like a nice addition to the collection, my first military Heuer for the dashboard / cockpit.
