Completely agree with John and Antony. The whitish lume on the hands looks definitely new (and is not applied very nice towards the tip of the minute hand). This could be corrected by a master relumer, though. What would really put me off is the polished case and especially the missing serial number. I personally would rather spend a bit more and wait for a better example – the 2447 S is not an ultra rare execution.
