I agree with what our experts have written.

One point to add -- Many collectors are OK with reluming the hands, and even think of it as natural over the life of a watch. But many vintage watch collectors would hesitate with any relume of the dial. On this watch, the dial seems to have been relumed; for many collectors, this would be the end of the discussion.

Still -- my suggestion is to see how it looks to you. If you can live with the relumed hands and dial, and the polished case, then maybe this one will be priced right. But if it hurts your eyes, then even a "bargain" will not be a smart buy.
