I received a watch I picked up off of eBay today, and my suspicions seem to be confirmed. It shows signs of being yet another watch made by Heuer for other brands...
As you can see the watch's case bears a striking resemblence to a Pasadena, and in fact the Intercity has 280 SL stamped on it's caseback just like the Pasadena:
Even though it's case shape is closer to the "non-Pasadena Pasadena" on the left...
So it looks like we can add Intercity to the list including Tourneau and Leaderer of brands made by Heuer...
Side note... This will be my fourth or fifth moonphase chronograph. I own a Seiko (for nearly 18 years), two Heuer's: a pre-1960's Calbre 72C Day-Date-Month-Moonphase and a Ed. & Heuer & Co. 125 Jubilee, but this is my first automatic moonphase chronograph and my first PVD Black cased moonphase. It amazes me that even with the number's of watches in my collection, I'm still finding firsts!
Enjoy!
